A. 80/20 rule.  Go for 80pct of the top 20pct of the bottom and always have a stop loss.

A. I tell candidates looking to get involved with PX that if they think they might want to be a trader, they should do that first.  Much harder to get hired as a trader later in your career.

Q. If you weren’t involved in the markets you’d be doing what?
